If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@nakedechocollective.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue; however, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

At Naked Echo Collective, every intentional bracelet is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped.

Because each piece is made with intention and for hygiene reasons, all intentional bracelet purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nakedechocollective.com.

If your claim is approved, we will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

• Permanent jewelry services

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Sale or clearance items

Because permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded specifically for each guest, all permanent jewelry appointments and services are final sale.

If your chain breaks due to normal wear, we are happy to offer rewelding services. Additional fees may apply if replacement chain or charms are needed.

Please note that permanent jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. Naked Echo Collective is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
